Exchanges & Store Credit

We accept return and refund within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

✔️ Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

✔️ All tags and packaging must be intact

✔️ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Non-Exchangeable Items

❌ Clearance or final sale items

❌ Personalized or custom-made items

❌ Worn, washed, or damaged products

How to Request an Exchange

Contact Us – Email our support team at poshandpretty17@gmail.com or call at 7349689179  within 7 days of receiving your order.
Pack Your Item – Securely package the item with the original packing slip.
Ship It Back – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive your item, please allow 
4-6 business days for processing your refund

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
